According to a study conducted by Harvard Business School’s Professor Josh Lerner, AAPIs account for 5.6% of the total U.S. population, a share that is expected to grow faster than any other racial group in the coming decade. However, AAPIs own 0.2% of firms and manage less than 0.2% of Assets Under Management. We'll talk about why such a large funding gap for AAPIs exist in real estate and the inherent opportunities ahead.
